Refund & Return Policy

2. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

• Health & Beauty Products: Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned due to safety and sanitary regulations.

• Pet Supplements: Unsealed or opened pet supplements cannot be returned.

• Perishable or Personal Care Goods: Selected personal care items are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
